NOTES: Action Sailor was a collectible 30th Anniversary GI Joe figure that came in a special collector's box. He also came in a 5 figure Commemorative Collection boxed set. This is a nice-looking figure but his little water craft thing is a bit cheesy. Action Sailor could be purchased as a key chain in 1998.
