NOTES: Like the Eco-Warriors group as a whole, the 1991 figure Cesspool has a political side clearly demonstrated in his code name of C.E.O. - Chief Environmental Operative. Cesspool does have some interesting play value with a gun that actually fires real water that is stored in his backpack, and certain areas of his plastic that change color when wet.
