NOTES: The 1982 verion of the Cobra Officer had straight arms. The Cobra Officer is a very popular army builder. The silver cobra symbol often rubs off or has imperfections. Watch for faded blue plastic that turns to a more grey-blue color. This figure came with black or brown eyes with brown eyes pictured above.
