NOTES: The 1983 verion of the Cobra Officer had swivel arms or the "swivel arm battle grip". The Cobra Officer is a very popular army builder. The silver cobra symbol often rubs off or has imperfections. Watch for faded blue plastic that turns to a more grey-blue color. This figure came with black or brown eyes with black eyes pictured above.
