NOTES: The 1982 verion of the Cobra Soldier had straight arms. The Cobra Soldier is a very popular army builder. Watch for faded blue plastic that turns to a more grey-blue color and a damaged red Cobra symbol. This figure came with black or brown eyes with brown eyes pictured above.
