NOTES: Tollbooth is one of the least known early figures. He drove the Bridgelayer and came with a sledgehammer. I think he is a unique figure with an interesting sculpt. He can sometimes be tough to track down, complete with his sledgehammer, precisely because he is cheap and therefore not worth selling to many collectors. His hat does not come off.
