The turn of the century brought three more repaints of earlier 3 3/4" GI Joe and Cobra vehicles, the H.I.S.S. III only being available at Toys 'R Us. These vehicles are not hard to find MISB because many of them were purchased by collectors. This would generally apply to most vehicles and playsets sold from 1997 to the present.
